The traditional wreath-laying ceremony could not take place. A week before the conference, Westminster UNA organised a small ceremony attended by Lord Ahmad, UK Minister for the United Nations accompanied by his wife and military attaches representing rgentina, Australia, Ghana, Poland and Thailand on behalf of all UN member states.
